Q: Where Do You Ship From? Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship from China to worldwide, the shipping time is about 5-7 days. We mostly use DHL, or EMS to ship orders. You can even get your orders in hands only in 3-5 days by DHL!

Q: Do I have to sign for delivery?

A: Yes, all orders require a signature.

Q: Are all your items in stock?

A: Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.


Q: How To Drop-Ship With Our Site?

A: Our site allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers. There are no additional charges. Just add or send us different shipping addresses.

We do not include our site's聽publicity materials / invoices etc. when we send dropshipping goods, so it protects your reputation as a seller. They will not know the source of your goods, and they will not know the price that you have paid for it.

Q: What If You Want To Order A Lot More?

A: Our MOQ is 1pc. If you want to make a bulk order, you can contact our sales representatives, we will give you a lower/wholesale price. We accept both online order and underline order. That is to say, you can tell us what you want to order, and we will ship your order after clear your payment.

Q: How can I check order status?

A: We will send you an email about the tracking number of your order, and the link on which you can track, then you can know your order's status. If you haven't received the email, please contact us, it may be blocked in your junkbox.

Q: What if I have used my item? Can I still return them?

A: No. We cannot take back used item, as we will not be able to resell them. All items asking for return should be in new condition,including package.

Q: How can I cancel an order?

A: If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it.聽 We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we are not processing your order.

You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your shopping cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.

If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.

If you have made a mistake in ordering a wrong item and wish to change for a different model, we allow an exchange so long as we haven't delivered your order yet. So contact us asap once you want to change your order. However, if you have already received the package and want to change it, you could contact us to change the item with you, with the back and forth shipping cost on you.


Q: Will I be charged import or customs duties?

A: We are聽based in China. We are a Chinese company happily serving customers all over the world. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported into your country and, in some cases, may be subject to customs or import duties on delivery. Recipients are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Our company聽has no control over the imposition of these customs or import duties and cannot predict what (if any) duties there will be. However, we usually ship orders by EMS and DHL, by which you may don't need to pay taxes.

Q: Why I was asked for a "CPF" number? (Brazil Customers)

A: Our customers in Brazil have informed us that companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices. So if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.

Transfer at a western union agent location, you can visit: http://www.westernunion.com/info/agentLocator.asp?country=global to find which one is the nearest and fill in a form then send email to us about payment info: MTCN, sender name ( First name, Last Name ), total amount ( USD ) and billing address/ sender country.

2. Pay online. For the time being, online transfer supported by Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States. The steps are:

* Firstly, access the western Union's home Site: http://www.westernunion.com/. Choose your country.
* Secondly, sign in your Western Union account or Create a new to new users.
* Thirdly, click "send money" then fill in the Money Transfer form, click "continue".
* Fourthly, fill in the form with your information (billing address, name, phone number, and your card number).

When finished transaction,the system will give you the MTCN (10 digits) on the site. Please kindly send us the following information so that we can check your payment and continue the deal ASAP:
